April 2016 - Cedar Consulting Go Live with Oracle HCM Cloud Service Implementation

Project BackgroundCurrently with 36,000 employees, this large and diverse organisation presently runs 16 separate business streams operating in different permutations across 1,000 locations in 100 different countries. Across these countries, there are a wide range of HR systems and solutions. As the first step towards harmonising these systems and solutions, Cedar Consulting have created a Global Core Solution using Oracle HCM Cloud and have implemented in the UK as the first country for this organisation.

Current future plans include to integrate with an external Payroll provider in the UK and future country rollouts. Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud (formerly Oracle Taleo) will also be included in this process.
